1/24/07: 5 miles total => 4 constant running , 1 mile on elliptical, 1 mile walking for total of 6 miles.
1/26/07: 5 miles tonight...at YMCA.
1/27/07: Will be running with the OK LandRunners running group starting tomorrow for my training from here on out:)
For the week of 1/22 - 1/28: 28 miles...which will be on track for the marathon training schedule listed below for the OKC Memorial Marathon on 4/29/07:)
