Well after a 10 mile run on 2/22 I got a case of the flu and only ran a total of 13 miles for the week:(
Week 8 log:
2/27: 6 miles in 58 minutes.
2/28: Didnt run...supposed to run 5-6
3/1: Scheduled for 9 miles to catch up from yesterday...starting to feel better...
3/2: Scheduled for 6 miles
3/3: Scheduled for 12 or 4
3/4: Scheduled for 12 or 4
