Its Taper Time:) I should already be tapering heavily...but since I am stubborn...I am still running...but this week I'll do about 25-30 miles this week and only about 5-9 miles next week before the marathon Oct. 7th:)
Chicago marathon is 10 days away! I'm pretty excited...although just excited to get to run in a major marathon for sure:)
9/24: Rest
9/25: Ran 4 miles around neighborhood
9/26: Ran 6.5 miles around neighborhood
9/27: Rest
9/28: Ran 2.0 miles
9/29: Ran 14 miles around Lake Hefner
9/30: Rest
Week 15 target mileage: 25-30 miles
Week 15 actual mileage: 26.5 miles
